Lactose intolerance affects more than 65% of the world's population, making it an easy candidate for our first virtual cooking workshop.
With a small group of eight people, our professional chef — with the help of his talented camerawoman — helped us create a deliciously creamy, lactose-free golden curry from scratch.
Anna and Feli met (virtually) at an innovation camp in mid-2020. After winning the "most likely to make the world a better place" award, the concept evolved into Tribes Collective.
Since then, they've collected a team of specialists to help out with everything from digital design to medical advice — from real doctors. We even found a head chef that specializes in allergies to run our workshops.
The vast majority of people on our planet have a food intolerance of some kind which affects their everyday life. We're on a mission to help people form Tribes to learn about their allergies, share experiences, and cook delicious meals — together.
As a Tribe, we'll learn how to not be afraid of our allergies. And most importantly, we're going to have some fun along the way!
